Information you give us.

- Newsletters: We have several newsletters that keep readers up-to-date with information on our activity, events organize by Trenchless Romania Club or in partnership etc. If you would like to subscribe to our newsletter, we will require you to send us your email address so that we can send the newsletter to you. We may also ask you to provide other information about yourself, such as your name so that we can personalise your newsletters.
- Member account: When creating a member account, you’ll be asked to provide your email and name. These are required in order to set up a unique account. Your email will also be used to provide you information about the Membership Community. You can optional add an avatar image if you choose. During registration we check to see if you have made an avatar available and if so, use that. At any time you can delete your photo from your profile. We retain the information until you delete your account.
- Email and other contact details: You may wish to contact us from time to time by sending us letters or emails or by filling in contact forms on our website. We will only use this information to respond to your query or suggestion.
